LLOYD’S CONTRIBUTION TO ALL CHILDREN AND Recognition from The Senate of the United States

On Tuesday, October 10, 1972, Senator Robert P. Griffin of Michigan extolled, Education Through Aviation (ETA) before the President and Senate of the United States of America, and entered the statement into the Congressional Record. ETA met at the Santa Monica Airport. The Los Angeles school district bused, any potential drop-out, gang member, anyone that wanted to attend and they received school credits upon completion of the program. By 1973, this innovative form of teaching was now at a success rate of over eighty percent.
